  According to incomplete statistics from China-Singapore Jingwei, in the past two months, nine more places have clarified new measures for the development of affordable rental housing.

Since the beginning of this year, Guizhou has reserved 70 affordable rental housing projects.

At present, the Jingzhou city center has raised 6,275 sets of public rental housing through government investment, of which 1,840 households have been allocated to new youths and new citizens.

  Jiangxi has clarified that there is no income threshold for affordable rental housing, and new citizens and young people who have no housing in the urban area can apply for rent.

  Jingzhou plans to raise 3247 sets of affordable rental housing next year, including 1,000 at the city level and 2,247 at the county level.

From 2021 to 2025, the city strives to raise 16,118 sets of affordable rental housing (10,000 sets in downtown areas and 6,118 sets in counties and cities).

  During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Foshan plans to raise at least 110,000 new affordable housing units of various types, including at least 75,000 affordable rental housing units, and strive to reach 30% of the total housing supply in central urban areas and key areas.

In phases, by 2023, Foshan plans to issue 15,000 new rental subsidies and raise at least 45,000 affordable rental housing units.
