Two billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions

The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than two billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 272 pledges of allegiance to the value of 664.12 million dirhams, including 38 pledges of land with a value of 289.25 million dirhams, and 234 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 374.87 million dirhams.

The most important land sales were two in the "Island 2" area, the first with a value of 80 million dirhams, and the second with a value of 73 million dirhams, followed by a pledge of 15 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Nad Al Sheba Third District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 18 pledges worth 49 million dirhams, followed by Al Hebiya Fifth area with four pledges of six million dirhams, and the third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, with two pledges of 28 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 11 million dirhams came in the second area of ​​Al-Hubiya, as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of seven million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of six million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 28 pledges of allegiance worth 37 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South of the Fourth with 25 pledges of 16 million dirhams, and a third in Al Barsha South of the Third with 24 pledges of allegiance, worth 13 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 1.11 billion dirhams, including 14 mortgages of land, valued at 416.06 million dirhams, and 44 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 693.98 million dirhams.

The donations witnessed the registration of 13 donations worth 266.43 million dirhams, the most important of which were in the Business Bay area, with a value of 160 million dirhams, and another in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1 with a value of 40 million dirhams.
