The Canal Front Residences project is a distinctive project along the Dubai Water Canal, where Meydan revealed, at the end of last October, the first phase of the project.
The project is a residential community located on the Dubai Water Canal, offering a luxurious lifestyle, stunning views, as well as a wide range of dining, entertainment and leisure facilities.
The project occupies a prime location in the Jumeirah area of Dubai, and includes more than 700 apartments consisting of one, two and three bedrooms, across 11 buildings, amidst magnificent gardens and shared green spaces.
The first phase consists of 150 housing units across two five-storey buildings.
The average sizes of one-bedroom apartments are 85 square metres, two-bedroom apartments are 125 square meters, and three-bedroom apartments are 165 square metres.
