The Hamriyah Free Zone Authority in Sharjah has announced the joining of the Indian company "Grancraft" specialized in the metal production sector for building facilities and mega projects, to the list of companies that take the "free zone" as a base for their work.

The authority revealed that Gran Craft leased a land in the free zone with a total area of ​​323,000 square feet, with an investment value of 22 million dirhams in the first phase, and 45 million dirhams in the second phase, with a total investment of 67 million dirhams.

The company's announcement of its investments in the Hamriyah Free Zone came during the signing of a memorandum of understanding that took place at the authority's headquarters recently.

According to the statement, "Gran Craft", headquartered in Sharjah, is famous for its implementation of a number of iconic projects in the UAE, and has a strong presence in the Arab Gulf countries and the world, among its most prominent projects: a hotel in the southern Shaibara islands in the Red Sea, and the Museum of the Future, The Meydan Hotel, The Wave Project in Muscat, the Royal Opera House in Muscat, and the Museum of Oman Through Time in Muscat.

The company owns several manufacturing facilities in the UAE, has advanced technological capabilities and has more than 800 employees.
