There is still time to do Christmas shopping for the kids!

And if your wallet has already emptied well, you can turn to the opportunity.

The non-profit association "Rejoué" repackages old toys and resells them 50 to 70% cheaper than their original price.

They are completed, cleaned, and repackaged by people on the path to professional integration.

The fire engine glows sparkling red.

On a shelf, wedged between complete Playmobil boxes and 2010s Barbies. All these toys are half-price, which attracted Hélène, passing through the non-profit association "Rejoué" shop to find the perfect gift.

Ecological and economical purchases

"The price being cheaper, I can buy more beautiful things", she confides to the microphone of Europe 1. An economic and ecological approach that Olivier also undertook, in search of soft toys for his baby.

"I took a big rabbit who has a beautiful mustache, a big smile and big eyes. He will be very happy", enthuses this young dad who thinks of the planet he will leave to his child.

"We are also talking about our planet and it is good not to produce toys with which we no longer know what to do next," he underlines.

Thoroughly cleaned toys

Everything has been scrupulously cleaned by the employees of the association.

Julie Lenaert is responsible for the boutique.

"We will pass a soft cloth with ecological products on it to already clean large surfaces and then with a small cotton swab," she explains.

"In fact, we will go through all the gaps to complete the cleaning. If necessary, we can also use small toothpicks or erasers to erase the lines until the object is in perfect condition".

More than 25,000 toys were sold this year, an increase of 10% from last year.
