In addition, Munther Darwish, CEO of Palazzo Versace Dubai Hotel, and founder of Palazzo Hospitality, said, “Luxury hotels operating in Dubai witness every year, during the festive season, a significant increase in demand for reservations for distinctive suites,” pointing out that "The emirate is a favorite tourist destination for wealthy people and businessmen who prefer to spend the festive season outside their homeland," adding: "Indeed, we have received reservations for the Christmas and New Year holidays."

Darwish stated, “Reservations come from various international markets, as Dubai enjoys a wonderful winter weather during this period of the year, and Dubai receives the New Year celebrations, with many activities that include entertainment events, fireworks displays, art parties, luxurious dinner parties, and other things.” Events,” noting that “the hotel occupancy rate in Dubai is currently recording very high levels, and it is expected that the largest part of the establishments will record 100% full occupancy rates.”

And he indicated that, according to the latest reports issued by the "STR" Corporation, hotel establishments operating in Dubai have achieved strong results, and the levels of the average price of a hotel room and the return on available room in Dubai during last October were the highest since January and February 2018, on the respectively, while the occupancy level was the highest since January 2020, noting that "the levels of tourist flow are witnessing continuous growth since Dubai opened its doors to international tourism movement last year following the (Covid-19) pandemic."

Darwish stated that “there is great confidence among tourists from different segments to spend vacations in the Emirates, due to the health system and the procedures it follows, as well as the strong infrastructure to deal with the developments of the pandemic,” noting that “the UAE has achieved the highest global rates in relation to the special vaccination campaign.” epidemic (Covid-19).
