Since the opening of the China-Laos Railway in December, an international train full of tires, machinery and equipment, daily necessities and other goods departed from the Shijiazhuang International Dry Port on the 22nd, and will go all the way south through the China-Laos Railway to Vientiane, the capital of Laos.
This is the first international route from Shijiazhuang to ASEAN and the first China-Laos (Thailand) international train from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
According to reports, this train carries a total of 70 TEUs and exits the country through Yunnan Mohan Port. The whole journey travels more than 3,600 kilometers, and the running time is about 7 days.
In the future, the China-Laos (Thailand) international train will realize the normal operation of one train every week.
