According to him, this is due to the relatively low rates of vaccination against coronavirus in Russia.
This slows down business activity in the country and poses the risks of introducing new restrictions in the future, Knight explained.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with the RTVI TV channel, spoke about the release of many indicators of the Russian economy to the pre-pandemic level.
