The "Action Plan" focuses on strengthening the top-level design of the comprehensive development and utilization of salt lake resources, focusing on building a world-leading modern industrial system, creating a green and low-carbon recycling industrial ecology, optimizing and adapting the spatial layout of the resource industry, opening up a new pattern of high-quality industrial development, and implementing potash stabilization 12 projects including guarantee promotion, lithium product expansion and quality improvement, circular economy upgrade demonstration, and major key technical support.
By 2035, the output value of the salt lake industry will reach 120 billion yuan, and a world-class salt lake industry base will be basically completed.
