National fiscal revenue increased by 12.8% year-on-year

  Beijing, December 17th (Reporter Wang Wenzheng) The Ministry of Finance released data on the 17th, showing that from January to November, the national general public budget revenue was 19,125.2 billion yuan, an increase of 12.8% year-on-year, and 96.8% of the annual budget was completed. Income maintained a recovery growth trend, in line with expectations.

  Statistics show that from January to November, the central general public budget revenue was 8,8399.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.1%; the local general public budget revenue at this level was 10,286 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%.

National tax revenue was 16,449 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14%; non-tax revenue was 2,676.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.9%.

  From the perspective of major tax revenue items, from January to November, domestic value-added tax was 5.900.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.4%.

Domestic consumption tax was 1,319.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%.

Corporate income tax was 4141.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%.

Personal income tax was 1,259.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.3%.

Imported goods value-added tax and consumption tax were 1.6308 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.1%.

Tariffs were 263.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%.

  In terms of fiscal expenditure, in the first 11 months, the national general public budget expenditure was 21,392.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.9%.

Among them, the central general public budget expenditure at this level was 3,056.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.7%; the local general public budget expenditure was 18,336 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3%.

Among them, expenditures in key areas such as education, social security, employment, and health have been strongly guaranteed.
