The "Hefei Digital Economy Industry Development White Paper (2021)" officially released at the conference (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper") shows that in 2020, Hefei's digital economy will exceed 400 billion yuan, accounting for more than 40% of GDP, and the core industry of the digital economy The added value accounts for about 9% of GDP.
The white paper pointed out that in recent years, Hefei has created a number of "national brand" innovation platforms and a number of "aircraft carrier-level" technological innovation platforms.
The National Laboratory achieved the first batch of listings, relying on the Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center to focus on building "seven platforms" including the National Laboratory for Quantum Information, the Superconducting Nuclear Fusion Center, and the Hefei Center for World-Earth Integration Information Network.
Three world-class scientific installations have been built, and another four are being accelerated. The number of large scientific installations ranks first in the country.
In terms of industrial digitization, Hefei focused on key industries such as biomedicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, smart home appliances, and new energy vehicles, cultivated more than 30 key Internet platforms of various types, and built 41 national industrial Internet and big data demonstration pilot projects.
The number of "ten thousand enterprises going to the cloud" exceeded 11,000, and a total of 117 smart factories and 1,107 digital workshops were built.
On the same day, the Hefei data element circulation platform was officially launched, and more than 100 data element market suppliers, demanders and service providers formally signed contracts to settle in.
The Hefei Data Element Circulation Platform focuses on four major application scenarios, including artificial intelligence, industrial Internet, finance, and scientific research, and provides diversified products such as data sets, APIs, data services, and solutions, as well as data customization, data labeling, data governance, and algorithm modeling. And other value-added services.
At present, the platform provides more than 100 professional data products, aggregates more than 2 billion high-quality data resources, and the total amount of data exceeds 20PB.
Chen Rui, Director of the Data Resources Bureau of Hefei City, Anhui Province, stated that Hefei will focus on building an Anhui Province digital economy industry innovation pilot zone, striving for the strategic goal of creating a national digital economy innovation development pilot zone, seizing the historical opportunity of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and accelerating Hefei's digital transformation will create a new engine driven by innovation and help Hefei become a benchmark city for the innovation and development of the domestic digital economy.
