“When prices rise, it is possible that rush purchases expand more, which may indeed turn out to be erroneous in terms of, including how people can assess the future price dynamics of such goods,” TASS quoted her as saying.
She noted that prices could come down.
“We saw that for a number of products, where prices increased significantly, they even went down later,” she added.
