[Explanation] On December 15th, the 2021 Shared Farm Conference was held at Sanya Damao Shared Farm. The experts, scholars and industry representatives at the meeting jointly analyzed the beautiful concept of shared farm building, sharing and mutual prosperity, and heatedly discussed the future development of shared farms.

Zheng Xinli, former deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, said that the development of shared farms is an important path for farmers and rural areas to achieve common prosperity.

Shared farms have awakened the dormant resources in the countryside, turned resources into capital, and found an investment outlet for social funds.

There is a kind of public opinion in the society that capital is going to the countryside to make money, and then after buying the land, it will develop and make a fortune, turning farmers into hired laborers. In fact, this phenomenon is very rare.

In the future, we need to change this situation and look for entrepreneurs who have sentiments and love the countryside, especially township and village enterprises. They have made some money in the countryside and developed in the cities. They have a natural feeling for the countryside.

They must be mobilized to return to the countryside and build the countryside.

[Explanation] Wen Tiejun, a professor at Renmin University of China, proposed that shared farms can develop into the well-being industry in the future. This is also the process of digital development of the "three rural" work.

What is a well-being, not a general health and well-being.

The general health care may involve setting up a nursing home, nursing home, etc., or setting up a homestay, which basically constitutes a health care condition.

The big health care is to make full use of the ecological resources of the entire space, and to make a customized health care industry for different groups of people with health care needs.

In the development of this (large) health care industry, it is also the digitalization process of our "three rural" work.

[Explanation] Yu Kongjian, Dean of the School of Architecture and Landscape Design of Peking University, suggested that shared farms achieve the concepts of poetic habitat, free travel, cultural homes, and shared communities through strategies such as improving ecosystem services, infrastructure, and balancing heritage protection and utilization.
