Of the total pre-sale cost of 176.5 billion won, the construction cost required to build an apartment accounted for about 60%, or 17.3 billion won, and 69.1 billion won was spent to buy and build the site.



The profit from the sale of this apartment was 98 billion won, and the profit rate of SH Corporation was found to be around 35%.



Profits were used to construct rental housing in the same complex, KRW 26.5 billion, to repair and maintain rental housing, KRW 47.5 billion, and to purchase multi-family rental housing, KRW 24.4 billion.



In the meantime, civic groups and others have demanded full disclosure, saying that even detailed cost data of publicly sold apartments must be shared in order to remove the bubble in the price of private apartments.
