China News Service, Beijing, December 14 (Liu Wenwen) The reporter learned from the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission of China on the 14th that the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the National Development and Reform Commission on the Implementation Plan for Rejuvenating Industrial Economic Operation and Promoting High-quality Industrial Development" (Part 2) Called the "Notice") was released, and 16 measures were introduced to revitalize the operation of the industrial economy and promote the high-quality development of the industry.

  The notice includes four major areas and a total of 16 measures.

  The first is to get through the blocking points to ensure the smooth circulation of the industrial economy.

The notice pointed out that it is necessary to solidly promote energy security and supply; do a good job in ensuring the supply of bulk raw materials and stabilize prices; and maintain the smooth supply of key industrial chains.

  The second is to tap the potential of demand and expand the market space of the industrial economy.

The notice pointed out that it is necessary to promote the implementation of major projects and achieve results; vigorously promote the technological transformation of enterprises; cultivate new business forms and new models; release the consumption potential of key areas; improve the level of foreign capital utilization; and promote the stable development of foreign trade.

  The third is to strengthen policy support and improve industrial economic safeguard measures.

The notice pointed out that it is necessary to improve the development policy of key industries; optimize the policy system of key regions; strengthen the guidance of energy efficiency standards; increase financing support for the manufacturing industry; and solve the problem of enterprise employment.

  The fourth is to optimize the development environment and promote the stability and long-term development of the industrial economy.

The notice pointed out that it is necessary to reduce the burden on SMEs and optimize the market environment.
