The Supreme Court has decided to dismiss the petition for the supermarket "OK" in the Tokyo metropolitan area, which had been seeking an injunction against the procedure, over the merger of the "Kansai Supermarket" in Hyogo and Osaka with the operating company of Hanshin Hanshin Department Store.
As a result, Kansai Super is expected to be integrated with the operating company.
