51-year-old Chen Jisheng is from Wujiazhuang Village, Tiankou Town. Since 2014, he has moved his "home" into the greenhouse to explore and start his own fruit and vegetable business.
"The initial positioning was to develop vegetables in the wrong season, mainly cucumbers and tomatoes." Chen Jisheng said that in order to pursue higher benefits, it is necessary to improve the positioning of fruit and vegetable varieties.
To this end, Chen Jisheng has been adjusting the base's fruit and vegetable varieties according to market conditions.
Today, the base has expanded the varieties to 5 types including strawberry, cherry tomatoes, watermelon, melon and cantaloupe.
"What people eat now is safety and taste. We adhere to pollution-free planting standards." said Chu Huaiyuan, a technician at the base. The vegetables in the shed do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides and are absolutely "green."
"We use 27 cubic meters of cow dung for a shed. This is the secret of our strawberries' fragrant and sweet strawberries. Although the cost is high, the quality has also improved."

Now the base has developed 30 greenhouses, with a total income of 700,000 yuan.
Chen Jisheng is planning his future development plan. Next, he plans to expand six more modern fully automatic arch sheds to develop one-stop development of seedling cultivation, planting, management and protection, and sales.
