It is noted that Rusnano has sent pre-trial claims to three banks - Sovcombank, Promsvyazbank and Ak Bars Bank.
As follows from the financial statements, as of June 30, the state company owed 38 billion rubles in loans to Sovcombank, 16 billion rubles - to Promsvyazbank, 0.85 billion rubles - to Ak Bars Bank.
The total amount of debt is almost 55 billion rubles.
According to RBC, Rusnano believes that "there are grounds for recognizing these agreements as invalid as transactions to the detriment of the interests of a legal entity and as a result of abuse of law."
Earlier, the Ministry of Finance of Russia reported that the Russian government is currently working on mechanisms to improve the efficiency of JSC "Rusnano".
