They are widely used in manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, petrochemical, electric power and other industries. They are an important special labor protection equipment.

This time, we randomly checked 92 batches of seat belt products produced by 92 enterprises in 10 provinces (municipalities), and found that 5 batches of products were unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate was 5.4%.

The test focused on the metal parts salt spray test, overall static load, overall dynamic load, overall slippage and other items.

The spot check found that 2 batches of metal parts were unqualified in the salt spray test items, and 3 batches of parts were unqualified in the static load items.

According to the analysis of technical institutions, the reason for the unqualified salt spray test of metal parts is that the company does not strictly control the quality of seat belt parts into the factory, and the surface coating of the purchased metal parts has poor salt spray corrosion resistance; the static load of the parts is unqualified The reason is that the strength of metal parts such as buckles and adjusting buckles is poor, which does not meet the test load requirements.

Judging from the results of the recent 3 national supervision and random inspections, the quality of the product has been steadily improved, and the unqualified detection rates are 11.5%, 9.3%, and 5.4%, respectively.

Safety nets refer to nets used to prevent people and objects from falling, or to avoid or reduce fall and physical damage. They are mainly used in various construction sites, especially high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, bridge construction and other high-altitude work sites.

56 batches of safety net products produced by 56 enterprises in 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) were spot-checked this time, and 3 batches of products were found to be unqualified. The unqualified discovery rate was 5.4%.

Three types of products including safety flat nets, safety vertical nets, and dense mesh safety vertical nets were spot-checked, and items such as impact resistance, flame retardancy, eye-opening ring strength, penetration resistance and other items were inspected.

Sampling inspections found that the three batches of unqualified products had multiple project unqualified problems.

According to the analysis of the technical organization, there are three main reasons for the unqualified. One is that the company has improperly selected raw materials and may have used recycled plastics as raw materials; the other is that the production control is not strict, and the temperature and time of the product drawing process are unreasonable; the third is that the finished product leaves the factory. Insufficient inspections and failure to find quality problems in time.

Judging from the results of the recent 3 national supervision and random inspections, the unqualified detection rate of this product is decreasing year by year, respectively 12.7%, 12.0%, and 5.4%.

Locks are the most common safety protection products in the daily life of the people. They are generally used for locking protection of entrance doors, interior doors, cabinet doors, etc., or anti-theft protection for vehicles such as bicycles and motorcycles.

This time, 70 batches of products produced by 60 enterprises in 6 provinces (municipalities) were randomly checked. Among them, 3 batches of products were unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate was 4.3%.

Five types of locks including marble mortise locks, spherical door locks, bicycle locks, exterior door locks, and mechanical anti-theft locks were spot-checked this time, focusing on the axial static load of the opposite tongue, the lateral static load of the square tongue, and the extension length of the tongue. The bar-shaped bicycle lock withstands static tension and other items have been tested.

The spot check found that the square tongue axial static load project of 1 batch of marble mortise door locks was unqualified, and the 2 batches of bar bicycle locks were unqualified for the static tension project.

According to the analysis of the technical organization, the reason for the failure of the pin core mortise door lock is that the strength of the material used in the square tongue transmission part is not enough, and the force is easy to deform, causing the square tongue to retract, and the lock is easy to be opened; the reason for the failure of the bicycle lock is that the assembly process is not good. Moreover, the strength of the connecting piece is not enough, and the lock head is easy to be pulled off.

Judging from the national supervision and random inspections in the past three years, the quality of the product has been improving year by year, and the unqualified detection rates are 13.3%, 11.7%, and 4.3%, respectively.

The renminbi discriminator is the most commonly used equipment for identifying and processing renminbi, and it plays an important role in protecting the safety of people’s property and ensuring financial security.

This time, we randomly checked 20 batches of products produced by 20 enterprises in 6 provinces (municipalities), of which 1 batch of products was unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate was 5.0%.

The inspection focused on the identification performance, safety performance requirements, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the RMB discriminator. It was found that a batch of products was unqualified for the missed identification rate and radiated disturbance field strength items.

According to the analysis of technical institutions, the unqualified item of missed identification rate is mainly caused by the unreasonable design of the product's mechanical structure. The unqualified index will reduce the product's ability to identify counterfeit banknotes; the unqualified radiation disturbance field strength is mainly due to the electromagnetic field of the product. The lack of scientific design for compatibility causes the radiation disturbance field strength to exceed the standard requirements. The unqualified index may cause the product to affect the normal operation of other surrounding electronic products during use.

Judging from the national supervision and random inspections in the past three years, the quality of the product is relatively stable, and the unqualified detection rates are 6.7%, 9.1%, and 5.0%, respectively.
