This is the appearance of Hangang Park last Wednesday when the temperature exceeded 13 degrees.

The weather was warm enough to walk in trousers and kick the ball, but today the atmosphere has changed.

In the cold weather, the park becomes quiet, and people who go out on a picnic zip their collars and hasten their steps.

The bitter wind added to the cold.

Each of them wore thick coats, hats, and gloves to protect themselves from the cold, and the dog that came with them also wore thick winter clothes.

However, no matter how much you cover it, it is not enough.

Today's daytime temperature was about 5 degrees lower than yesterday in most parts of the country, including Seoul 6 degrees and Daejeon 9 degrees.

This is because the cold air from the northwest moves south from the daytime and affects the whole country.

As the temperature drops further, cold wave advisories will be issued across the country from 9 pm tonight.

Tomorrow will be colder.

The temperature tomorrow morning will be minus 7 degrees in Seoul, the lowest this winter, and minus 12 degrees in Cheorwon, minus 6 degrees in Daejeon, and minus 4 degrees in Daegu.

Strong winds of 8 to 16 m/s will also blow on the west coast, Jeju Island, and mountainous areas, and the perceived temperature will be even lower.

However, the Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that the temperature will return to normal on Wednesday as the continental high pressure, which brought the cold, will recede from the middle of next week.
