Grosvenor House is a mixed-use project, built in the Dubai Marina or "Dubai Marina" area, and was designed by "Archgrunge Consulting" and was inspired by the design of Grosvenor House London.
The project includes a hotel and a residential tower, each consisting of 48 floors, with a height of 690 feet above ground level.
The construction works on the hotel started in 2003 and ended in 2005, while the construction works on the residential tower continued from 2006 to 2011.
The project includes one-room apartments (Premier), two-room apartments (Deluxe suites), and three-room apartments (Premier Suites), and it includes a parking lot, a fitness club, two swimming pools, and meeting rooms.
