In recent years, Zhangcun Town has taken advantage of the sandy land of the Yellow River to vigorously develop the sweet potato industry. The planting area of sweet potatoes has reached more than 1,000 acres, and the annual output of sweet potato vermicelli is more than 500,000 catties, driving the villagers' income by more than 6 million yuan.
