  According to Wang Wei, director of the Tourism Bureau of Jinshitan Resort, in terms of encouraging the quality and upgrading of the catering industry, a one-time subsidy of 50,000 to 200,000 yuan will be given to newly established catering brands with high international and domestic influence and popularity; A one-time subsidy of 20,000 to 100,000 yuan will be given to the catering brand-approved stores and honorary stores that have been authorized by the industry organizations by the provincial and municipal government departments to settle in.

  In terms of encouraging the convention and exhibition industry to grow bigger and stronger, enterprises will provide subsidies in accordance with the following standards through self-organized, introduced or contracted key conference projects held in the resort.

International conferences approved by the International Conference and Conference Association (ICCA) will receive a subsidy of 50,000 yuan each time; other international conferences will be subsidized at 200 yuan per person for the number of participants, up to a maximum of 40,000 yuan; domestic conferences will be subsidized for each participant The subsidy is 100 yuan per person, and the maximum is not more than 30,000 yuan.

According to the actual number of standard booths sold for exhibition projects, the subsidy for each booth is 150 yuan, and the maximum subsidy for each exhibition does not exceed 100,000 yuan.

  Encourage the development and construction of characteristic blocks in the resort area.

For investment in newly built characteristic blocks, a one-time subsidy of 5% of the investment amount will be given to the investor after it is put into operation, with a maximum subsidy of 1 million yuan.

Encourage the development of night economy.

For newly introduced 24-hour bookstores, specialty bars, cafes and other cultural and entertainment venues that meet the needs of tourists for night reading, night entertainment, and night shopping, with an operating area of ​​more than 100 square meters and normal operation for more than half a year, a one-time payment of 20,000 to 50,000 yuan will be given Subsidies; for tourism and related companies that actively participate in the resort to enrich the night culture and tourism market, and have outstanding achievements in satisfying the convenience of night travel, night reading, night entertainment and other convenient services for citizens, a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan will be given.

  The "Measures" give "heavy awards" to major activities and key projects that have a strong leading and leading role in enriching the tourism industry in the resort and improving the quality of tourism; for high-level, large-scale, and strong-pull festival activities, the maximum subsidy is 200 Ten thousand yuan; the highest subsidy is 1 million yuan for the investment in the construction of a characteristic street.

  The "Measures" will come into effect on January 1, 2022, and will be valid for one year.
