The official stressed that it will continue to increase the supervision of complaint handling.

  Among them, 16669 cases involved property insurance companies, an increase of 5.57% year-on-year, accounting for 41.01% of the total number of complaints; 23,980 cases involving life insurance companies, an increase of 29.23% year-on-year, accounting for 58.99% of the total number of complaints.

  PICC Property & Casualty Insurance ranked first in terms of complaints from property insurance companies; Ping An Life ranked first in terms of complaints from life insurance companies.

  The circular pointed out that, from the perspective of relative quantity indicators, the median number of complaints against property insurance companies' 100 million yuan (RMB, the same below) is 750 per 100 million yuan, and the median number of complaints per 10,000 insurance policies is 0.50 per 10,000; personal insurance The median number of complaints against the company's 100 million yuan premium was 243 per 100 million yuan, the median number of complaints per 10,000 insurance policies was 0.28 per 10,000, and the median number of complaints per 10,000 people was 0.11 per 10,000 people.

  From the perspective of the main types of insurance complaints, property insurance companies involved 1,513 complaints about motor vehicle insurance disputes, accounting for 63.07% of the total number of complaints from property insurance companies; 1746 complaints about guarantee insurance disputes, accounting for 10.47%.

PICC Property & Casualty Insurance ranked first in terms of complaints about motor vehicle insurance disputes among property insurance companies; PICC Property and Casualty Insurance and Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance ranked first two in terms of guarantee insurance dispute complaints by property insurance companies.

  Among the complaints involving life insurance companies, there were 9337 complaints about ordinary life insurance disputes, accounting for 38.94% of the total number of complaints from life insurance companies; 5,323 complaints about illness insurance disputes, accounting for 22.20%.

Ping An Life ranked first in the number of complaints about ordinary life insurance disputes among life insurance companies; Pacific Life, Xinhua Life, and Taikang Life ranked the top three in the number of complaints about illness insurance disputes in life insurance companies.
