In "La France bouge" on Europe 1, the HRD of Sanofi, Florence Cauvet, announced that the pharmaceutical giant is setting up a childcare leave of 14 weeks.

A measure that concerns all men and women on permanent contracts in the group.

This is a measure that concerns 25,000 employees in France alone, and 100,000 worldwide.

In "La France bouge" on Europe 1, the HRD of the pharmaceutical giant Sanofi, Florence Cauvet, announced the establishment of a 14-week childcare leave.

A measure that applies to all employees on permanent contracts, men and women.

"In all the countries where we operate, we usually oscillate between two and eight weeks of parental leave, and suddenly we will go to 14 weeks," adds Florence Cauvet.

The only condition for granting this leave is to be on a permanent contract, or equivalent status in other countries.
