Khojaly explained that during the last quarter of this year, and according to the confirmed bookings schedule only, the group's hotels exceeded the performance recorded in the last quarter of 2019, with a growth rate of about 25% in terms of revenues, indicating that the average price of hotel room with the group increased by rates ranging between 20 And 25% during the current quarter, compared to the same period in 2019, i.e. before the start of the pandemic.

He stated that occupancy rates during the current period are among the highest, while it is expected to increase in the coming days, according to indicators of demand and future reservations, noting that Dubai is a global tourism destination with a distinguished position, and provides its visitors with a variety of tourism and entertainment experiences.

For his part, the general manager of Tamani Marina Hotel, Walid Al-Awa, said that hotels operating in Dubai are currently recording high occupancy rates, the highest ever since the start of the pandemic, pointing out that the high demand came from the local and international markets.

Al-Awa indicated that the hotel's occupancy rate reached 100% during the 50th Union Day holiday, expecting these rates to continue throughout the month of December, noting that November, in turn, recorded occupancy levels of about 95%.

He stated that the great demand for the hotel market in Dubai has contributed to the rise in prices to the highest levels since the start of the pandemic.

Al-Awa said that domestic tourism still constitutes a good percentage of reservations, in addition to the increase in the flow of tourists from global markets, especially Eastern and Western Europe, as well as the markets of the Arab Gulf states, pointing out that Dubai is witnessing an active tourist season.

Diab added that many hotels recorded high occupancy levels, reaching 100% during the fiftieth Union Day holiday, while performance levels in November were the highest since the pandemic began in terms of occupancy and prices.
