The travel brand "My Rehlat" from dnata Travel has revealed the most popular travel destinations during the country's 50th Union Day holiday.

The "My Trip" team revealed that the special programs "Winter Wonderland" take precedence during the holiday, especially those that include snow sports.

Popular destinations for travel with “Rehlaty” include: Switzerland, France, Italy, and Azerbaijan, to explore mountainous landscapes or to practice snow sports, as well as the Lapland region in northern Finland, thanks to its unique natural attractions, including seeing the aurora borealis, and accommodation options. Pointing out that the demand for ski holidays is increasing, especially to new places, compared to previous years, including the mountains of Italy. She added: "During the 50th Union Day holiday, we are witnessing requests that combine the comfort of cities with moving to mountainous areas, for example trips to Paris and then to The French Alps, or Milan, followed by the Dolomites in Italy. It also includes other winter destinations (Lapland) in northern Finland, in addition to the traditional destinations, at a time when Mauritius is becoming increasingly popular, and Kenya programs.”

Mansour pointed to other destinations popular with UAE citizens, such as the Maldives and Mauritius, at a time when Kenya is still among the preferred destinations, due to the unforgettable experiences it provides, as about 25% of our reservations to Kenya are made through the recommendations of customers to their friends.
