Yizhi, also known as Yizhiren and Yizhizi, is a perennial herb of the genus Alpinia.

Its leaves are like bamboo leaves, and the fruit from the top of the plant has a peculiar aroma, pungent and slightly bitter. It is one of the four major southern medicines in traditional Chinese medicine. function.

Located at the transition between Diaoluo Mountain and Niuling Mountain, Shipo Village is surrounded by mountains. The tropical rainforest is hot and humid, and the forest is very suitable for the growth of intelligence.

"Each family'plants' dozens of acres of puzzles under the forest. In the past, after harvesting the fruits and drying them, they waited for the outside bosses to come and buy them. How many catties and how much money per catty are usually said by others. It’s settled.” Wang Gan, director of the Shipo Village Committee, said that in 2019, with the help of the rural revitalization team, the village built a Yizhi tea processing plant to purchase Yizhi tea from the villagers at a slightly higher price than the market price. Wisdom fruit is then processed into tea products.

The reporter learned during the field visit that the Yizhi tea developed in Shipo Village is a kind of original fruit tea. The general production process is: the villagers collect and dry the Yizhi fruit under the forest. After the dried fruit is purchased by the processing plant, The fruit is sent to the cleaning workshop to be cleaned and selected, and then dried and disinfected at a high temperature. After being crushed into slag, the puzzle fruit slag is directly sent to the machine to package the finished product.

Chen Jing, head of Shipo Yizhi tea production, said that no fertilizers, pesticides, additives and other ingredients were added in the whole process.

According to Wang Qian, under the operation model of "village party branch + village collective company + third-party company + poor households", the Yizhi tea processing plant currently has two sets of packaging production lines. It is easy to transport and carry, and it has been upgraded to the current tea bag packaging."

Wang Gan said that through the local poverty alleviation market and other channels, the Yizhi tea processing plant has accumulated a turnover of more than one million yuan, and the net profit has been taken out for two dividends.

The first time was last year's dividends to the poverty alleviation and marginal households associated with the tea factory. The second dividend was paid in November this year. This is the first time in Shipo Village's history that the whole village has paid dividends.

"On November 1st, we implemented a differentiated dividend program, with a total dividend of 86,800 yuan. On the basis of all the 141 households in the village received dividends, civilized households, wealthy leaders, and civilized poor households have additional rewards."

Villager Wang Lu received a dividend of 800 yuan in the puzzle industry this year, and earned more than 5,000 yuan from selling puzzle dried fruits, which is a valuable additional income for the Li people.

Wang Lu said that his family’s 50 acres of puzzles basically do not need to be managed. “Except for going up the mountain once a year to harvest fruits, and at most other times to clean up shrubs and weeds once or twice.” Wang Lu said, this is in addition to manual labor. "Zero input, stable output" income.

In addition to updating the product line according to market demand, Wang Qian wants the puzzle tea industry to go more stable and farther.

"Professionals do professional things, and now third-party companies are responsible for product promotion and sales, our villagers are responsible for planting, and processing in the village is processing and production with quality and quantity." Wang Qian believes that in an environment where modern people are increasingly focusing on health and wellness , The original ecological puzzle tea is promising.
