Compared with Western countries that regard anti-monopoly laws as "economic constitutions," China, which has transformed from a planned economy, only began to implement anti-monopoly laws in 2008.

But in just ten years, China has joined the United States and the European Union as the world's three largest antitrust jurisdictions.

The appearance of the National Anti-monopoly Bureau means that China's anti-monopoly system has been further improved and its strength has been further enriched.

In the context of the central government's requirements to strengthen anti-monopoly and prevent the disorderly expansion of capital, I believe everyone must be full of expectations for this new institution.
