1.52 billion dirhams real estate transactions in Dubai

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to more than 1.52 billion dirhams. Today, the department witnessed the registration of 321 pledges of 932.99 million dirhams, including 43 pledges of land with a value of 383.08 million dirhams and 278 allegiance to apartments and villas worth 549.91 million dirhams, while mortgages registered 555.52 million dirhams, while 12 donations worth 34.7 million dirhams were recorded.

According to a statement by the department, the most important land sales of 200 million dirhams came in the Umm Al Shaif area, followed by a pledge of 23 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area.

The third Nad Al Sheba region topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with nine allegiances worth 25 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with five allegiances, with a value of 10 million dirhams, and a third in the third district of Al-Habiya, which recorded five sales also with a value of 12 million dirhams.



With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 16 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.

The fourth district of Al-Habiya topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 33 pledges of 75 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 31 pledges of 91 million dirhams, and a third in Business Bay with 31 pledges of 43 million dirhams.
