In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, President of Dubai Airports, Supreme President and CEO of Emirates Airlines and the Group, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dubai Airports, the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project inaugurated the Helicopter Center “Dubai Helipark”, in partnership With Air Chateau International, the private operator of helipads in the UAE.

The new center, which will be built on an area of ​​more than 42.8 thousand square meters, is located next to the private aviation building. It will be delivered in two phases. The first phase is currently operational, while the second and final phase of the project will be completed in 2023.

The center is the largest of its kind, as it accommodates eight helicopters, to facilitate movement between business centers and tourist areas in the UAE.

It is also characterized by the presence of a VIP lounge according to the highest international standards to receive the personalities who use the private aviation building, and to provide the best facilities and amenities when their private planes land.

Air Chateau will also provide aircraft maintenance, repair and renewal services, and the new project will include a showroom for the latest helicopters from major global manufacturers.

The project will provide opportunities for many private and corporate helicopter owners to rent parking spaces within the center.
