<Anchor> Although the

government has taken urgent measures to supply and demand urea water, it is still creaking in the field. It is not easy to obtain urea water except at base gas stations, and some base gas stations induce people to add oil first to buy urea water.

Reporter Hyung-woo Jeon covered the report.

<Reporter> As the

government's emergency supply and demand adjustment measures, urea water has been first supplied to 100 gas stations nationwide since yesterday (13th).

As a result, most gas stations in the city center still cannot find urea water.

[Gas station staff: I haven't come in yet. (The number of elements has dropped) It's been a little over 3 weeks now. It's been 4 weeks now.]

There are also complaints that gas stations in bases where urea water is supplied first are demanding that urea water be filled with bait.

[Cargo driver: If you don't add (oil), you can't give 30 liters of (urea water) at all, just put in 10 liters.) In the end, on condition that you put in 100 liters of (oil).] In

the case of heavy equipment, it is difficult to move the equipment to the base gas station, so it is difficult to carry a water bottle and then get rejected for sale.

[Forklift driver: I've been to all over the country, but they don't give me, at all. They say you can't sell if you carry a barrel. Even if it is in stock, I can't sell it.]

Intermediate distribution agencies that supply urea water directly to construction sites or borrowers are also experiencing confusion.

Producers cannot secure supply by supplying urea water to gas stations first.

[Owner of urea water distribution agency: We bring it to construction sites or bus companies, but we have to distribute it anyway, but the goods are not coming.]

Even if urea water is secured, places that have not previously traded with gas stations will open new sales channels. I'm looking for it, but I can't find any instructions on how to do it.

As in the case of the mask crisis, there are voices that the government should build an urea inventory management app so that consumers can easily find out where to buy it.
