A luxury "penthouse" in Dubai sold for 50 million dirhams

Signature Developments, the developer of 118 Downtown, revealed the sale of one of three penthouses in the luxury tower, for 50 million dirhams.
The company said in a statement yesterday that the new tower is located in the center of Dubai, and it consists of 44 floors, and includes 28 housing units, including apartments from four to six bedrooms, extending over an area of an entire floor, in addition to three apartments "luxury penthouses".
The tower also includes a luxurious 30,000 square feet poolside garden, a podium, and a fitness center.
The tower provides 24-hour maintenance and concierge services, as well as valet parking.
