Since the beginning of this year, Dongning City has focused on “reform and opening up, optimizing the environment”, continuously optimizing the port business environment, enhancing the level of customs clearance, and continuing to deepen the reform of the policy of benefiting the enterprise and the people, polishing the new business card of “do not ask for people”.
Dongning City issued the "Notice on Optimizing the Business Environment at Dongning Port" to further optimize the customs clearance process, improve port clearance efficiency, reduce corporate investment and costs, and create the best business environment at Dongning Port.
Further sort out the costs of transportation links such as inspection, disinfection, loading and unloading at Dongning Port, promote the reform of tax collection and management, and implement the "collective taxation + tariff guarantee insurance" model to relieve financial pressure for enterprises.
At the same time, it implements the “no-person meeting” requirement for port cargo inspection to improve the efficiency of port administrative services.
As a transportation channel for epidemic prevention materials to Russia, Dongning will import nearly 45 million yuan in epidemic prevention materials and export nearly 1.4 billion yuan in epidemic prevention materials in 2020, making positive contributions to domestic and foreign epidemic prevention and control.

The green channel for exporting fruits and vegetables, imported edible aquatic animals and other agricultural products has been opened. With regard to the comprehensive customs clearance facilitation measures, the customs clearance time has been reduced by more than 80% through nearly three years of hard work.
