Pensions Social Security will remain in deficit at least until 2024 despite record pension bailouts

In this way, the Executive has communicated that it has approved
a new rescue to Social Security, which amounts to 5,000 million
and that is added to the credit of more than 13,000 million that the State already transferred in June.
"The Council of Ministers today approved a Royal Decree-law by which an extraordinary credit of 5,012 million euros is granted to Social Security. Its
objective is to balance the expenses derived from Covid in the accounts
