The Dubai Land Department has scored a new record deal on the island of Jumeirah Bay-Dubai, with the sale of an exclusive plot of land on the island worth AED 70 million, the highest price paid for a single plot of land in 2021.
The company, "Driven Real Estate", took over the sale.
This magnificent plot of land occupies the undisputed best location in Dubai, located just off the beach of Jumeirah, on the island of "Jumeirah Bay", connected to the mainland by a 300-meter-long bridge, and elevates the level of luxury and sophistication to a new level.
