China-Singapore Jingwei, November 7 (Fu Yumei, Lin Wansi) "I'm sorry to cancel the interview, because of the CIIE's epidemic prevention requirements, our certificates are invalid and we cannot enter at this time."

On the evening of the 5th, we received a message from the interviewee.

Although we have done enough psychological construction in the past few days, this regret of being able to see the above is only one step away, and it has become "the furthest distance of the CIIE."

"The CIIE is so strict, cherish this fate"

We understand that the "certificate invalidation" may be due to such a text message notification: "Because its registered address is located in a prefecture-level city with local case reports in the country, it will refer to the epidemic prevention of personnel in the local city with the risk level of the domestic epidemic. Control requirements for management, so the CIIE certificate cannot be used."

In the past few days, in the exchanges with the exhibition staff and reporters, we found that there are not a few exhibitors who have received this text message.

Even some corporate guests were absent from this CIIE due to invalid certificates, and they had to change participants temporarily.

Some people worked overtime for the CIIE for more than half a month, but in the end they were unable to enter, and they bought tickets and left Shanghai on the same day.

Therefore, in some media communication groups, the person in charge has spared no effort to repeatedly remind and confirm the status of the documents.

It has to be said that all applicants have made sufficient preparations for the CIIE in advance.

There will be relevant notice before departure. All domestic exhibitors need to provide a valid nucleic acid test negative certificate within 48 hours before entering the hall, complete the new coronavirus vaccine full vaccination 14 days before, and at least 1 day before entering the warning zone I applied in Shanghai "with the application code", which is called a "three-piece suit".

The "three-piece suit" must be updated to the personal "health information collection" system certification of the CIIE every one or two days.

Before arriving in Shanghai, individuals also need to fill out a health record monitoring form, sign a health commitment form, and file it for future reference.

The monitoring form and the letter of commitment, and the aforementioned "three-piece suit", are called the "five-piece suit" of the CIIE.

  Are you dizzy?

This is our daily routine.

Every social during the CIIE, each other must say with emotion, "The CIIE is really strict, cherish this fate."

However, the epidemic is always changing, and a string has always been broken in our hearts.

One week before the opening of the CIIE, we repeatedly confirmed the time with the interviewees, but the response we received has always been "Due to the epidemic, the itinerary is being adjusted repeatedly, and there is no definite answer yet."

Whenever we receive similar news, we will "cock" in our hearts.

After we arrived in Shanghai on the 3rd, news of new cases in many places swiped the pop-up window of the mobile phone, followed by various epidemic prevention instructions and letters of commitment.

To be honest, sometimes we are dazzled by some regulations, for fear that once we get confused, we will miss some requirements.

Fortunately, everything is going well for now.

"I didn't receive any text messages today!" It became the happiest thing every day besides eating.

And how the CIIE proceeded in an orderly manner under the epidemic has also become an observation perspective for our trip.

Body

experience: Fair into the next epidemic prevention and control of what?

From personal experience, setting up nucleic acid detection points in media hotels is really too intimate.

Everyone can do it downstairs by putting on slippers, which is very convenient.

Remember that at 6 o'clock in the morning on the 6th, it was just dawn and it was raining in Shanghai.

And the media hotel where we are already lined up for nucleic acid testing.

The staff will guide you through the whole process, reminding everyone to keep their distance.

The efficiency is very high, and 10 minutes is basically enough.

It is understood that Shanghai has also designated 37 nucleic acid testing sites to provide a fast channel for nucleic acid testing at the CIIE.

Every media person participating in the CIIE is expected to become a "time management master".

Entering the museum requires a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and you need to register for an appointment in advance. This is also our greeting to each other when we meet: "Have you registered for nucleic acid? Remember to register!"

Another thing that impressed us was the orderly implementation of the work of prevention and control of the epidemic by the staff.

We take a shuttle bus from the hotel to the press center every day.

When the vehicle walks to the entrance of the parking lot, a staff member will get on the vehicle to measure the temperature of each person, check the work card, and then let it go after confirmation.

After getting off the bus, after going through the steps of face recognition and body temperature detection, we can queue up for admission.

In addition, we walked violently between the exhibition hall and the press center every day. When we were carrying tens of thousands of steps a day for interviews with our computer, we often saw volunteers holding up "please wear masks, please keep a safe social distance" when you look up. And remind the crowd not to get together.

Anti-epidemic materials and medical stations can be seen everywhere, and staff who carry out killing operations can be seen from time to time.

The dining area in the middle of the pavilion lacks a bit of "fireworks."

The first is the one-meter-noodle sign posted on the ground at the entrance of the restaurant, and isolation baffles are also installed on the dining tables, which need to be separated or seated crosswise.

As a result, the little friends who want to "have a meal" have lost the space to play, and can only bury their heads in the whole process and "dry food".

It is worth mentioning that scientific and technological means have also brought a new experience of entering the expo under the epidemic.

As an important part of the previous CIIE, this year's national exhibition was held online for the first time.

"Cloud Interview" was also put on the agenda.

While officially opening operations, the CIIE News Center also provides us with a cloud interview room, adding heavyweight guests to "cloud" dialogues with Chinese and foreign reporters.

We learned that a total of 58 countries and 3 international organizations participated in the national exhibition this year, and nearly 3,000 exhibitors from 127 countries and regions appeared at the company exhibition. The number of countries and companies exceeded the previous one.

With such a huge flow of people and logistics, the pressure on epidemic prevention and control can be imagined.

Achieving "strict and orderly" may be the source of "safety" in the face of all uncertainties.
