  During the forum, the "Science and Innovation China" Open Source Innovation Consortium held the inauguration ceremony of the Open Source Education Working Committee. The "Double-Carbon Technology Communication Center" will accelerate the establishment of a dual-carbon technical research cooperation platform, formulate a framework for dual-carbon technical standards, training, and certification, and build a standardized dual-carbon talent training system.
