The APEC-Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Ministerial Meeting began online, and Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Hagita emphasized the importance of strengthening regional cooperation to recover from the severe economic situation caused by the new coronavirus.

APEC is a two-day ministerial meeting on the theme of "economic recovery from the new Corona" in the framework of economic cooperation in which 21 countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region participate. Hagita Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry participated.



Among them, Minister Hagita said that a free and fair economic order is required for economic recovery, and he hinders fair competition with excessive subsidies to companies and unilaterally restricts imports and exports. He emphasized the importance of strengthening regional cooperation by proceeding with corrections to measures that intimidate other countries and regions.
