At present, the total amount of grain stocks is sufficient and is at a historical high. In particular, the two major rations of wheat and rice account for more than 70% of the total stocks.
Take wheat as an example. In the context of successive bumper harvests, stocks have continued to increase, and it can currently meet consumption demand for one and a half years.
Qin Yuyun said that with the in-depth implementation of the high-quality grain project, green grain storage technology has been gradually promoted, and the ability to maintain quality and freshness has been significantly improved. At present, the intact grain storage capacity in my country exceeds 1.3 trillion catties.
In addition, my country's emergency protection capabilities have also been significantly enhanced, with more than 5,500 grain emergency processing enterprises, 36 large and medium-sized cities and volatile markets for finished grain and oil inventory protection capabilities for more than 20 days.
Since the beginning of this year, the domestic grain market has generally maintained a stable operation, and the ability to guarantee food supply has been continuously strengthened.

my country's grain and oil processing capacity is very strong. It can process 1.5 million tons of rice and 800,000 tons of wheat per day.
