Etisalat Group announced that it won the title of “Best Wholesale and Service Provider in the Middle East” during the “Global Carrier Awards 2021”, which was held in a live broadcast recently, and witnessed the personal presence of the participants in London, in addition to the “Capacity Europe” conference.
Etisalat is the leading provider of wholesale services, operating a global communications network and advanced data centers.
The group explained in a statement yesterday that its business includes premium services, including voice calls, data, roaming services, and mobile services, including text messaging services and satellite services.
The Wholesale Department at Etisalat has invested in the latest technologies and infrastructure that enhance the digital transformation process, with a focus on developing customer experiences and providing them with flexible self-service solutions.
Etisalat Group also opened its third smart data center in Dubai in 2021, and also signed the Africa-1 submarine cable project.
