The fast-growing provincial capital cities are mainly concentrated in the central and western provinces. From January to September, the express delivery business volume in central Wuhan, Taiyuan, Nanchang and Zhengzhou increased by 62.6%, 56.3%, 50.2% and 44.2% respectively year-on-year.
