The Employment Open Day is held at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City.

The group announced, in a statement, that it will organize the "Employment Open Day", designated for Emiratis wishing to work in the private sector, the day after tomorrow, from nine in the morning until five in the evening, at the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City Hotel.
Al-Futtaim Group pointed out that its step comes within the framework of its contribution to achieving the objectives of the Emiratisation strategy for the UAE, and in line with the goals of the Senyar program to develop and develop Emirati talents in the “Group”.
Al-Futtaim Group indicated that during the Open Day, it will conduct many interviews for vacant jobs, in addition to future opportunities, which will allow participants to explore career opportunities across eight vital sectors: automobiles, real estate, shopping malls, healthcare, retail, education, Financial services, insurance, and information technology.
She pointed out that the applicants will be able to communicate and interact with human resources officials, and representatives of the departments concerned with employment in the "Group". During the "open day", dialogue sessions and workshops will be held for job seekers, represented by leaders and administrative cadres from the "Al-Futtaim Group", to support the development of skills, and provide networking opportunities.
