The employee scorecard not only clearly showed gender discrimination, but also included a number of inappropriate items.
The evaluation items for male employees included only job-related items such as responsibility, finishing ability, and basic faithfulness, while evaluation items for female employees included 'respectful words and actions' as well as 'sound privacy'.
An employee who was in charge of the employee evaluation said, "I evaluated my privacy based on whether I get a lot of calls from men, whether I drink alcohol, whether I smell perfume or strong makeup, etc." and confided.
