The Rongdong area is a pioneering area for the development and construction of the Xiong'an New Area, and is responsible for the important task of undertaking the relief of Beijing’s non-capital functions and the resettlement of returning people.
At present, the first batch of resettlement houses has been completed and accepted, and they are ready for delivery.
More than 400 resettlement houses were delivered this time, and the housing allocation involved more than 10,000 households and more than 30,000 people in 54 villages in 9 townships in Rongcheng County and Anxin County.
The on-site lottery is the third lottery. The resettlement is based on households. Through the resettlement housing allocation system, the community, building number and house number of all selected house types are determined one by one according to the area and house type.
According to the relevant notice, two venues were set up in Rongcheng County and Anxin County for the lottery. The two counties will be lottery from October 19th to 28th and October 19th to 25th.
People in Xiongan New District use the household as a unit, and through the resettlement housing distribution system, determine the community, building number and house number of all the selected house types one by one according to the area of the house.

Hu Guowang, 60, was the first batch of resettlement people in Rongcheng County to participate in the lottery.
He repeatedly looked at the "Notice of Distribution Results of Resettlement Housing in Xiong'an New District" and said: "I feel at ease and happy when I get my own house. After I get the keys to the new house, I will start buying furniture and prepare to move to the new house."

Liu Bolong, the deputy head of the Rongcheng County People’s Government, said that the number of relocated people in the county is 8,080, and it is estimated that it will take 10 days to complete the lottery work. At the same time, it will start the preparatory work before the house inspection, and the follow-up will be delivered in a centralized manner according to the procedure.
