Chinanews, October 18th. On October 18th, the National Bureau of Statistics released the performance of the national economy in the first three quarters of 2021.
According to preliminary calculations, the GDP in the first three quarters was 8,23131 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.8% at comparable prices, an average growth of 5.2% in two years, and a drop of 0.1 percentage point from the average growth rate of the two years in the first half of the year.
In terms of quarters, the first quarter increased by 18.3% year-on-year, and the two-year average growth was 5.0%; the second quarter increased by 7.9% year-on-year, and the two-year average growth was 5.5%; the third quarter increased by 4.9% year-on-year, and the two-year average growth was 4.9%.
