Shanghai, October 15 (Reporter Xie Weiqun) The first New Finance Youth Forum with the theme of "New Era, New Finance, New Youth" was held in Shanghai on the 15th.

Pan Gongsheng, deputy governor of the People's Bank of China and director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and Wu Qing, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, attended the opening ceremony of the forum and delivered speeches online or offline.

At the forum, the New Financial Young Leaders Program jointly initiated by the Shanghai Financial Industry Federation, Bank of Communications, and China News Network officially opened the camp, and a notice of entry was issued to the representatives of the trainees.

In September of this year, the 2021 New Finance Youth Leaders Training Camp launched global recruitment. After multiple rounds of review, five outstanding topics were finally selected.

Next, under the guidance of professional instructors, young students will receive intensive rotation training on the frontiers of overseas financial technology, artificial intelligence and financial technology, and conduct real-case competitions, project incubation, and talent introduction as a team.

According to reports, the New Financial Young Leaders Program has been incorporated into the Shanghai "Sea Gathering Talents" program.

The plan aims to promote the rise of new financial youth forces, cultivate young leading talents and incubate technological innovation projects, and assist major regional strategies such as the construction of Shanghai's international financial center and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
