TSMC, the world's largest semiconductor manufacturer in Taiwan, officially announced its policy to build a new semiconductor factory in Japan at a press conference announcing its financial results on the 14th.
It is likely to lead to an improvement in the manufacturing capacity of semiconductors, which are in short supply worldwide, in Japan.
