At the same time, Wuhan Customs has also optimized taxation services, played the role of the "Wuguan Classification" platform, provided enterprises with information on commodity classification and policy interpretation, and solved the difficulties in the classification of imported parts for new energy vehicles; and guided enterprises to use the principles of the free trade agreement. Preferential tariffs on certificates of origin, promotion of service measures such as smart review, self-printing, and in-person application, greatly reducing enterprise time and economic costs; supporting the implementation of the National New Energy Vehicle Inspection Center construction project to enjoy benefits, and counseling enterprises to import new energy vehicle equipment declarations The state encourages projects and approves the timely import of project production equipment in the form of guarantees to improve corporate capital liquidity; focus on policy changes such as new energy vehicle standards and subsidies, actively respond to foreign technical trade measures, enhance product competitive advantages, and expand overseas markets.
