The reporter learned from the interview that in the process of carrying out entrepreneurship-driven employment demonstration actions, the “school-enterprise” special action of entrepreneurship and employment demonstration bases for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship relies on the two types of national entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship demonstration bases, enterprises and universities, to build collaboration platforms, strengthen resource docking, and improve services Level to create a better environment for college graduates to find employment and entrepreneurship.
It is understood that in the process of carrying out the demonstration action of entrepreneurship-driven employment, the special action of “school-enterprise operation” of the demonstration base for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship has achieved initial results.
Up to now, enterprises have held 210 school-enterprise-bank special matchmaking activities, and 2,184 teams from colleges and universities have participated in the activities, and the number of scientific and technological projects that have been promoted has been 510.
Taking Central South University as an example, Yang Fang, director of the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Central South University, told reporters that since becoming a demonstration base for innovation and entrepreneurship, Central South University has supported 1,010 student entrepreneurship projects, 174 teacher-student co-creation projects, and college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship project training , Subject competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities cover 100%.

Jing Dejun, a 51-year-old mason, works for a material company in Gaoqing County, Zibo City. He and his workers are busy on the construction site as usual. Although the work is hard, his heart is warm.
He told reporters, "Although it is hard work, he can receive monthly wages like employees, and he feels at ease."
The key to helping Jing Dejun achieve employment lies in his small mobile phone.
In June 2020, the Shuangchuang Demonstration Base in Zhangdian District, Zibo City, Shandong Province created a public welfare construction employment recruitment platform.
The platform moves the original labor market from offline to online, and pushes employment information to both the supply and demand sides, and completes corporate recruitment without leaving home.
At the same time, according to big data analysis, precise positioning of nearby construction sites, completion of free recruitment and employment docking, so that migrant workers can achieve employment at their doorsteps.

The platform also cooperated with major technical teams to develop and launch electronic labor contracts.
Electronic labor contracts rely on technologies such as big data, the Internet, and remote services to solve the problem of irregular and untimely signing of labor contracts by labor companies.
The project has received strong support from the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other relevant departments.
Up to now, more than 50,000 electronic labor contracts have been issued in Zibo City, covering 258 construction companies.
